Online store
We offer a wide variety of products, but customers could not see them, and not everyone wants to come into the store. With no self-service portal, our visibility and reach were limited. Digital Krypton built us a seamless, end-to-end online store where customers can see our full range with prices, buy from the comfort of anywhere, pay and have it delivered: a hassle-free journey for the customer. Our visibility has increased, awareness of our beauty and body care range has grown, and that has meant more sales. We also now have one portal for processing orders, which makes work easier for the team.
