Time is counted in fifteen-minute blocks, so a two-minute text fix is a two-minute text fix, not a rounded-up hour. Anything urgent and genuinely broken, such as the site being down or the form having stopped sending, does not come out of your hours. We fix it because keeping the thing working is the job.

No. You are paying for the site being looked after, not for a bank of hours, and a plan that let people hoard six months of time would have to cost more to survive it. If you need more than your plan includes in a given month, extra time is 20,000 FCFA an hour and we tell you before we start, not after.

Because Priority is not more of our time. It is your store on its own server instead of sharing with thirty other sites, a reply inside twelve hours, and somebody checking every month that MoMo, Orange Money and card payments still go through. If your checkout breaks on a Friday, that costs you more than an extra hour of our time is worth. Brochure sites do not need any of it, which is why it is a separate plan rather than a price rise.

On every plan we restore it from the most recent clean backup, and that is included: it is the job, not an extra. Where the plans differ is what happens when a restore is not enough. On Business and Priority we do the hands-on work as well, cleaning out malware and repairing whatever let it in. On Essential, which is 50,000 FCFA for the year, anything beyond the restore is quoted at 20,000 FCFA an hour and we tell you the number before we start. That covers forensic cleanup, rebuilding content older than the backups, and repairing damage done through a login or a plugin outside our control. We would rather be straight about the limit than take your money and then argue about it at the worst possible moment.

No. You own the site and the domain, you have every login, and we trained you to run it. This is for when you would rather not. If you leave, we hand you a full export and move the domain wherever you want, free, and we will not make it awkward.

You get 30 days. After that the site is suspended rather than deleted, and we keep your data for 90 days, during which a full export is yours for the asking at no charge. Nothing is held hostage. We would rather you came back than felt trapped.
