Our process
Six stages, and you always know which one you are in.
Most people who have worked with an agency before have a story about going quiet for three weeks and getting something they did not expect. This is how we make sure that does not happen.
The six stages at a glance
Discovery
We ask what the business needs to happen
Proposal
Scope, timeline and price, in writing
Structure
Sitemap, content and SEO foundations
Design and build
The part you can see
Launch
Tested, handed over, explained
Measure and improve
The month after matters more than launch day
We ask what the business needs to happen
Before anyone opens a design tool, we want to know what a good month looks like for you, who you are trying to reach, and what has already been tried. Most bad projects are bad briefs.
- A conversation, not a questionnaire
- Review of your current site, rankings and competitors
- Agreement on what success looks like in numbers
Scope, timeline and price, in writing
You get a document that says exactly what we will deliver, when, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you have read it and said yes. If something is out of scope, it is named as out of scope.
- Fixed price for project work, fixed monthly for retainers
- Clear list of what is and is not included
- Payment schedule agreed up front
Sitemap, content and SEO foundations
We plan the pages before we design them, because a beautiful site with the wrong structure will not rank and will not convert. Keyword research and page structure happen here, not after launch.
- Sitemap and page-by-page plan
- Keyword and search-intent research
- Content gathered, written or rewritten
The part you can see
Design first, then build, with checkpoints along the way so you are never seeing the whole thing for the first time at the end. You review, you comment, we adjust.
- Design review before development starts
- Built mobile-first and tested on real devices
- Speed, accessibility and on-page SEO handled as we go
Tested, handed over, explained
We check the things that break sites after launch: forms, redirects, tracking, mobile, and search console. Then we show you how to run it, and you get every login.
- Full pre-launch checklist and cross-device testing
- Google Search Console and Analytics connected
- Training session and all credentials handed over
The month after matters more than launch day
A website is not finished when it goes live. We watch what people actually do on it, report in plain language, and keep improving the parts that are underperforming.
- Reports that explain what changed and why
- Ongoing SEO, content and conversion improvements
- A named contact who knows your account
Questions
What people ask about working with us.
A landing page can go from brief to live in under a week. A six-page business site is usually two to three weeks. An eCommerce build runs four to eight. The single biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side, and we will tell you that at the proposal stage rather than blaming it afterwards.
Realistically, a discovery call of about an hour, then a couple of review rounds of thirty minutes each, plus whatever time it takes to send us your content. We do the rest. If you want to be more involved than that, you are welcome to be.
You see the design before anything is built, and revisions at that stage are included. It is far cheaper to change a design than to change a built site, which is exactly why we sequence it this way.
Either of us. If you have copy, we will edit it and structure it for search. If you do not, we write it. Content writing beyond your supplied text is quoted separately, and we will say so before we do it.
Small changes during the support window are included. Beyond that, you can either do them yourself using the training we give you, or put the site on a care plan from 50,000 FCFA a year and we handle it.
Yes, and we do it regularly. We work with clients across Africa, in Nigeria and the United States, and anywhere else you happen to be, billed in USD. Everything runs over email, WhatsApp and video calls, which is how most of our local projects run anyway.

Stage one is a conversation. It costs nothing.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
