Sign in to your portal
Your portal is created when your project starts, and the sign-in link is sent to the email address on your account. It is unique to you, so there is no shared login to lose.
We will never ask for your password by email, WhatsApp or phone. If somebody claiming to be us does, it is not us. Tell us about it.
Getting access
Three steps, and only the first one needs you.
You start a project
The portal is created as part of onboarding. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing extra to pay.
We send your link
A sign-in link goes to the email address on your account. Add any colleagues who need access and we will add them too.
It fills up as we work
Documents, reports and invoices appear as the project runs. You do not have to ask for any of them.
Your accounts, your names
The portal is convenience. Ownership is the point.
The portal is a place to see your project. It is not where your business lives. Your domain, your hosting, your Google accounts and your website logins are all registered in your name, independently of us, from the first day.
If you closed this portal tomorrow and never spoke to us again, you would still own and control every part of your online presence. That is deliberate, and we think it should be the industry norm rather than a selling point.

Questions
About the portal.
Portals are created at the start of a project. If yours started before we introduced them, or you simply have not received the link, message us and we will set it up. There is no charge for it.
Yes. Tell us who needs it and we will add them. Each person gets their own sign-in rather than sharing one, which is both safer and more useful when you need to know who approved something.
No. Not by email, not on WhatsApp, not on the phone, never. Sign-in links are sent to your registered email address. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a password, it is not us, and we would like to know about it.
You can see every invoice and its status. Payment is made the way you normally pay us, by bank transfer, MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money or card.
You get an export of your project documentation, and the portal is closed. Nothing you own goes with it, because everything you own is in your own accounts already.
